how to start a female DJ label

I have a new challenge! - I am researching on starting up a female DJ label under the http://www.koblo.com umbrella. I have never really worked with musicians as such - but I have a background in running the pr/marketing bit of <a href="http://www.ladyfest.com">Ladyfest Copenhagen</a> in the beginning. I found inspiration in this <a href="http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio1/onemusic/distribution/startlabelp01.shtml">"how to start a record label"</a> article

and I am meeting with various female DJs this week to get things going.

I am still looking for a name for it - so if you have any names I would be grateful and much obliged =)

    maybe it's a network and promotion tool for female dj's, rather than a traditional record label? i guess we'll have to hear what the ladies think..!
